I am a Real Estate Agent and I deal with a lot of uncertainties in Real Estate Transactions. One of the main things is the lack of commitment between the stakeholders in the early stages of the transaction. In a recent transaction, I worked really hard to find a good property for the buyer, but there was hesitation on the buyer’s side due to this being his first purchase. He was hesitant to commit to signing an Agreement for Sale and did not like being forced into paying an advance on a short notice.
